ORC (Obstacle Race Course) Training will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of functional fitness, strength and anaerobic exercise will help you reach the start line. Obstacle racing helps you set a goal and work towards it. They are fun, rewarding and are the best way to get you feeling your fittest. I specialise in Obstacle Racing from beginners to advanced training. The best part is, I will most likely be running beside you on the day.

My love for health and fitness started when I was young. Today, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. Since 2012 I’ve been working as a qualified Personal Trainer, guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle. Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realise that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle.
